Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or agreement take precedence over this document for that engagement.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Digivistaar Technologies for services, you agree to these terms and any project-specific agreement, statement of work or proposal.
2. Services
Digivistaar Technologies provides website development, web application development, mobile application development, SaaS development, custom software development, UI/UX and product design, API and integration services, and maintenance and support services. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities are defined in a written proposal, statement of work or contract for each project.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, access credentials, approvals, feedback and legally usable materials in a timely manner.
4. Payments
Projects begin after the agreed advance payment. Remaining payments are tied to milestones defined in the proposal, with final delivery following settlement of the final milestone payment. Payment schedules, taxes, third-party charges and milestone conditions are governed by the applicable project agreement or invoice.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement. Third-party software, open-source components and external services remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Changes and delays
Changes to agreed scope may affect price and timeline, and will be quoted and agreed in writing. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, third-party services or client dependencies may change delivery dates.
7. Acceptable use
Clients must not use services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software or conduct fraudulent or abusive activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Warranty and support
Each project includes a warranty period and support terms as specified in the relevant project agreement or proposal.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where a signed agreement specifies different terms, those terms control for that engagement.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, liability will be governed by the applicable written agreement and the nature of the services provided.
