We align on the proposal, confirm the scope in writing and sign off the working agreement before any development starts.

Advance Payment

Work begins after the agreed advance payment. Remaining payments are tied to milestones defined in the proposal.

Design & Development

We design and build in agreed stages, with progress check-ins so you always know where the project stands.

Testing & QA

We test functionality, responsiveness, edge cases and performance before anything reaches you.

Client Review

You review the build against the agreed scope. Revision rounds are as defined in your proposal — we confirm the count upfront so there are no surprises.

Final Delivery

After final sign-off and settlement of the remaining milestone payments, we deploy, hand over documentation and access.

Support & Maintenance

Every project includes a defined warranty period. Ongoing maintenance and new features are available through a support plan.
