How we price, deliver and support software projects. Anything not covered here — just ask us.

Pricing & quotes

How much does a project cost?
Every project is scoped individually, so we don't publish fixed prices. After a free requirement discussion, we send a written quote based on the features, complexity and integrations involved. The final price depends on the confirmed scope.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. The initial requirement discussion and a written estimate are free and carry no obligation.

What does the quote include?
Scope of work, feature list, milestones, estimated timeline, payment schedule and the revision terms for your project.

Timeline & delivery

How long will my project take?
It depends on scope. A marketing website and a multi-tenant SaaS platform are very different commitments. We give an estimated timeline in the written proposal, and delivery dates can shift if requirements, content or approvals change mid-project.

Can you guarantee a fixed delivery date?
We commit to milestone timelines for the agreed scope. Dates may adjust if scope changes or client inputs (content, approvals, third-party access) are delayed — we communicate this early.

How do I receive the finished product?
We deploy to your hosting or hand over the codebase with documentation, credentials and access, as defined in the project agreement. Read our Delivery Policy.

Payments

How do payments work?
Work begins after an agreed advance payment. The remainder is tied to milestones defined in the proposal, with the final payment due before or at final delivery. Details are confirmed in writing before we start. See the full workflow.

Do you offer refunds?
Software development is a customized service, so refund eligibility depends on the project stage and the written agreement. Payments for completed work are generally non-refundable. Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Revisions & support

How many revisions do I get?
The number of revision rounds is defined in your written proposal before we start, so there are no surprises. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope can be quoted separately.

Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a defined warranty period for bug fixes related to our work. Ongoing maintenance, new features and support plans are available after the warranty period. See Maintenance & Support.

Do I own the code?
Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in your project agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
